Military Service & Diverse Background
Ms. Wincott served in the U.S. Air Force during the Persian Gulf War as an Air Traffic Controller. Originally from Upstate New York, she relocated to Texas during her military service.
Her varied professional experience includes Emergency Law Enforcement Communications, construction labor, ownership of a roofing company, farming, and work in the horse racing industry. This diverse background provides her with practical, real-world insight that enhances her legal practice.
