Tammy L. Wincott is the leading attorney for the Wincott Law Firm, P.C. Ms. Wincott has a myriad of experience ranging from service in the U.S. Air Force during the Persian Gulf War, emergency law enforcement communications, previous owner of a roofing company, farming and knowledge of the race horse industry, as well as other experience. She is originally from Upstate New York and relocated to Texas during her military service.

She currently serves as Chair for the San Antonio Municipal & Justice of Peace Courts committee.
She has presented at several speaking engagements on topics related to duties of a tax ad litem, family law and bankruptcy issues, family law and immigration and contracts.
